What is your minimum order?
Opening order minimum is $144 (12 kits) and reorder minimum is $72 (6 kits), with MOQs as indicated per SKU. See catalog for chart-only and sticker-only order minimums.
How do you ship? Do you offer delivery?
We generally ship via USPS or UPS at the buyer’s expense, but offer local delivery within 15 miles of our studio at $1/mile one-way unless otherwise agreed. This covers the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. Eligibility is subject to verification at the time of purchase.
What is your return policy?
Wholesale orders are final sale and non-returnable unless the product is defective or damaged. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt with photographic proof. Approved returns will be issued store credit or replacement items—no cash refunds.
Do you offer custom products?
